Richard has over thirty years experience as a quantity surveyor and civil engineer in the construction industry and he has established himself as an expert in estimation, project management, construction technology, the measurement of construction work, cost control and particularly, dispute resolution and expert witness services.
Chris Timm
Chris has had twenty five years experience as a quantity surveyor and civil engineer in the international construction industry and has established himself as an expert in planning and forensic delay analysis together with the presentation and settlement of delay and disruption claims by either negotiation or dispute resolution.
Neil Harrison
Neil has over 25 years experience as a site agent and contracts manager for building and civil engineering contractors. Over the years he has specialised in the 3D CGI modelling of projects to analyse cause and effect of variations, instructions, unforeseen conditions and any other disruptive events and subsequent presentation. He is a highly experienced planner/programmer who carries out delay analysis and is the company's IT specialist, advising both clients and RC&A staff.
Jeremy Smith
Jeremy is a Mechanical Engineer with 25 years of experience in project analysis and dispute resolution. He also has extensive experience in the international contracting market.
Ben Jewell
Ben is a Planning Engineer with 10 years of experience in construction planning and over the last 5 years he has gained experience in forensic delay analysis.

Iulian Vrasti -
Iulian has an extensive background in civil engineering and project planning using Critical Path Method for large civil works contracts (highways, roads, structures, etc). Solid experience in design, quality control and quantity surveying for road construction contracts under FIDIC conditions.
Adriana Luscalov - Adriana is a civil engineer with over 10 years experience in management of international construction contracts financed by International Financial Institutions, with a strong background in project planning, identification of risks and delay analysis.
Mike Timm -
Quantity Surveyor with experience life cycle costs, risk analysis, estimation and the measurement and settlement of final accounts for building and civil engineering projects.
Catalin Birtea - Catalin has extensive experience as a civil engineer working for both the contractor and employer on major highways projects in Europe and has obtained extensive experience in forensic delay analysis and the settlement of contractual claims.
Daniel Bocha - Daniel is an experienced building and civil engineering project manager who has obtained complimentary skills in settling final accounts and claims for extensions of time with costs.
